These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases placed through the Diabeticswear website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We recommend that you read them carefully.

  1. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries of Diabeticswear. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

  1. Product Information

We make every effort to describe and display the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, size, or shape may occur. Such variations do not entitle you to compensation or cancellation.

  1. Prices and Payments
  • All prices on our website include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping costs are listed separately and are free within the Netherlands for orders over €30, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments can be made using the payment methods listed on the website.
  1. Delivery
  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of receiving the order.
  • Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as delays at the carrier.
  • Diabeticswear is not liable for delays unless agreed in writing.
  1. Risk and Ownership
  • The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
  • Ownership transfers to the customer once full payment has been received.
  1. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
  • You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within 14 days via info@diabeticswear.com.
  • Products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging within 14 days of cancellation. The costs of returning the products are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or has been delivered incorrectly.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after receipt and inspection.
  1. Warranty
  • We guarantee that the delivered products meet reasonable requirements of reliability and usability.
  • In the event of a defect or problem with the product within the 3-month warranty period, please contact our customer service department at info@diabeticswear.com.
  • The warranty does not apply in cases of normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or if the product has been modified by the customer or a third party.
  1. Liability
  • Diabeticswear is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profits resulting from the use of our products.
  • In any case, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
  1. Complaint Procedure
  • We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by contacting us at info@diabeticswear.com.
  • If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit it to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform.
  1. Force Majeure

Diabeticswear is not liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations if these are the result of force majeure. Force majeure is understood to mean any circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) strikes, transport disruptions, government measures, natural disasters, and technical malfunctions.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Diabeticswear website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Diabeticswear and protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use this content without the written permission of Diabeticswear.

  1. Applicable Law and Competent Court

All agreements and these general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Diabeticswear is located.

  1. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Diabeticswear reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most current version will always be available on our website. We recommend that you check the terms and conditions regularly.
