1. Return conditions

Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• The product has all its original labels.

2. Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for return:

• Products that are custom-made or personalised.
• Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.

3. Return process

Send an email to info@diabeticswear.com stating that you would like to return the product, including the reason for the return. After receiving your email, we will send you the next steps for the return process.

Please note: The shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email. We aim to process your return within 3 working days. The purchase amount will then be refunded via the same payment method used for the original order, excluding shipping costs.

Please note:

• Did you take advantage of a discount promotion and do you no longer meet the discount conditions after returning the product? In that case, the discount will be cancelled and the discount amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
• Did you take advantage of free shipping and are you returning an item, meaning you no longer meet the conditions for free shipping? In that case, the shipping costs will still be charged and this amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, colour or item, please follow the same steps as for a return. Clearly state in the email which exchange you wish to make. Exchanges are only possible based on availability.
